Terms and conditions
All riders with or without ffm licence (like acu) are accepted
Riders without ffm licence must have a valid driving licence
Rc insurance is obligatory - consult the insurance page and offers available
The subscription for daily rc or ia insurance is to be completed at the time of sign-on, the morning of the event.
Personal obligatory equipment consists of, one piece racing leather suit, boots and gloves all in good condition; back protector (not sponge) and full face helmet (open or flip up helmets are not authorised)
Two piece suits are permitted, if the two parts are zipped together only

Up to 7 days before the first track day event, you can for no reason cancel your participation for the event. After less than seven days to the event, no annulation is possible. Only cancellations received via email will be treated
Your bill will be made available before each event in your account, please print out and bring with you for sign-on

Sign-on and insurance administrations are done each morning between 0700-0745, Pay attention as there are a number of people to treat, have your bill and driving licence ready
An obligatory for all riders briefing starts at 0800 for each day, attendees are required to bring their helmets, at the end of briefing pilots helmets are stickered, these stickers are checked in pitlane before entering the circuit;

- Sleeping / camping in the paddock is permitted
- There is water / electrical hook-ups, toilet and shower facilities
- You have an obligation to leave the paddock by 19h the last day
- You can arrive in the paddock the evening before between 18/19 hrs depending on circuit
- Access in and out of the paddock is not permitted between 0100-0700, the circuit is surveyed by a security company; circuit le vigeant
- Paddock is open access, no places are reserved

- Pit lane garages are available, please consult the tarifs shown

- Hired pit lane garages - please note, only those that have hired the garage are permitted to install their materials behind, lorries, vans cars tents etc

- Restaurant & bar facilities are located in the paddock

- for trips in spain, the circuit offers non-licensed drivers compulsory insurance for cr, repatriation and coverage of medical expenses for € 20 per day, to be purchased locally.
- in accordance with article l211-1 of the french insurance code, french law requires that all motorized land vehicles must be insured for at least year-round civil liability (rc) by their owner, including competition vehicles or similar vehicles. , prototypes or not homologated. Any participant in the events organized by Box23 organization formally commits to having signed a contract for its vehicle, meeting this obligation.
If your rc insurance does not cover the practice of the track, then it is the insurance of box23 organization that covers you for this practice.
